What Denver Planners Ask Dispatch Before They Sign
The questions that actually come up on intake calls. Click any to expand.
How do I know if I need 3 stations or 8?
Rule of thumb: 1 station per 75 guests for a 4-hour event, 1 per 50 for an 8-hour event. Mixed-use (food + alcohol) bumps it up. Tell dispatch the guest count, event length, and whether food is served. We'll size it correctly the first time.
Does the venue need water hookups?
No. Every trailer carries onboard fresh water tanks and waste holding. We CAN tap a venue spigot if available (extends runtime between service visits), but it isn't required. Dispatch confirms what your specific venue offers during the quote call.
Can the trailer sit on grass or does it need pavement?
Grass, gravel, dirt, decomposed granite, or pavement. All fine. We carry leveling jacks and pads. The only hard no is soft mud or recently-watered turf. If your site is borderline, send us a photo and we'll route the right chassis.
Do I need a Certificate of Insurance for my venue?
Most venues require one. We issue COIs named to your specific venue, jobsite, school district, or municipal entity. Standard turnaround is 1 to 2 hours from request. Bring the COI requirements language from your venue contract, we'll match it line for line.
What if it rains or snows the day of?
Trailers run rain, shine, or snow. Heated climate control keeps the interior dry and comfortable, and the plumbing is winterized against the freeze. Setup pads handle wet or frozen ground. The only weather calls that affect delivery are blizzard road closures and wildfire evacuation orders. We re-route around those.
Can I pick the exact trailer location on the property?
Yes. Dispatch reviews your site map or satellite photo before delivery and pre-clears the placement. Most venues require trailer to be downwind of guest areas and within 200 feet of a vehicle access path. We'll flag conflicts before truck rolls.
Is overnight security on the trailer needed?
Not generally. Trailers lock and have onboard alarms. For multi-day deployments at venues with public access (festivals, fairgrounds), some operators choose to add a security walkthrough. We can recommend a Colorado-vetted vendor.
What happens if a unit fails during the event?
We carry swap inventory within reasonable driving distance of every Front Range city. A Friday-night mechanical issue gets a Saturday-morning swap. Guests don't notice. This has happened twice in 20,000 deliveries. Both swapped before the event window ended.
Fortune 500, Federal, And Sports. One Operations Team
Vendors do not survive Fortune 500 procurement audits, federal SAM.gov reviews, or FEMA disaster-response activation rosters by accident. The Lavatory has cleared all three. That is why Google's brand activation teams, Tesla's launch logistics group, FEMA's regional command, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the American Red Cross all keep coming back. Denver now inherits that operations team directly.
