Everyone I communicated with was professional and courteous. Delivery was a little earlier than I anticipated, so Edwin showed me a photo of where he had placed my rental. I asked if he could move it slightly and by the time I arrived we discussed that it was not the safest option due to a slope of the ground. He patiently moved the trailer again to make sure it was in a location that worked best for our needs. Edwin was friendly and answered my questions while we waited to make sure the refrigerator trailer was cooling to an appropriate temperature. Excellent service; recommend this vendor.

I recently rented a trailer from this place and it really helped me out with planning a friends reunion I was throwing. They delivered the restrooms to the location in a timely matter. We rented shower trailers from The Lavatory Inland Empire and had a great experience from start to finish. The units arrived on time, were extremely clean, and worked perfectly throughout our use. Everything was exactly as described. Modern, well-maintained, and ready to go. Even though we didn’t use their staff for setup or servicing, the trailers were easy to manage and hassle-free. Great communication and reliable service. We’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

These are great, clean, SOOO much nicer than a Port-O-Potty, and are just all around amazing. The owners have also done a great job checking in with our satisfaction and needs.
